Tom has been in the cabinet industry since 1986. He has a passion for working with people to design their dream kitchens. In 2001, he took his love for design and created his own business, Caruso’s Cabinets was born. Determined to stand out from his competitors, he focused on establishing relationships with his American-Made cabinet manufacturers. Tom also prides himself on supporting local and has built growing relationships with area contractors, builders, and remodelers. By doing this, his company is known for their quality products, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. 

Jerry started in the cabinet industry in 1990. When his brother opened Caruso Cabinets in 2001, Jerry was working diligently alongside him. With decades of experience, Jerry has built lasting relationships with his customers through his thoughtful designs, industry knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service. Known for creating spaces that clients love, many of his customers return year after year with new projects. Jerry takes great pride in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and personalized attention to every design.

Victoria grew up in the industry, learning the business firsthand while working alongside her father, Tom Caruso, and uncle, Jerry Caruso. With more than a decade of professional experience, she brings both deep-rooted industry knowledge and a fresh perspective to every project. A 2013 graduate of Virginia Marti College of Art and Design and an Allied ASID member, Victoria combines creative design expertise with a strong commitment to understanding each client’s vision. She is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering thoughtful, personalized results.

Abigail graduated from Ursuline College with a bachelor’s degree in interior design and is an Allied ASID member. With 20 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, she brings a deep understanding of both design and functionality to every project. Abigail joined the Caruso Cabinets team in 2020, where she helps clients transform their ideas into thoughtfully designed, highly functional spaces.

Meriah is part of the Design Sales team at Caruso Cabinets and brings nearly 10 years of industry experience to every project. A graduate of the University of Akron, she specializes in kitchen design and customer service, helping clients create spaces that are both functional and personalized to their style and needs. Meriah enjoys building strong relationships with customers and making the design process feel smooth, collaborative, and exciting from start to finish.

Ron Czyzynski has been with Caruso Cabinets since 2007, bringing decades of industry experience to the team. He began his career in 1996 as a customer service representative for a local cabinet company, where he first met Tom Caruso and Jerry Caruso. As CAD Specialist, Ron takes pride in helping customers clearly visualize their designs, ensuring each project comes to life with accuracy and attention to detail.

Brad Noe began his career in the building industry in 2005 and joined the family team at Caruso Cabinets in 2011. As Warehouse Manager, Brad oversees all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring every order is handled with accuracy and care. He is committed to providing customers with a smooth, efficient delivery experience from start to finish.

Christine Caruso studied at Bowling Green State University and has been working alongside her family at Caruso Cabinets since the company opened in 2001. As Accountant, Christine plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the business, bringing dedication, organization, and a strong commitment to supporting both the team and its customers.

Kaylee joined the Caruso Cabinets team in Sales Support, bringing a strong background in customer service and a passion for creating positive client experiences. Although new to the cabinetry industry, Kaylee is eager to grow within the business and is dedicated to guiding customers through every step of the process with friendliness, care, and attention to detail.
