Personalized Experience
Homeowners:
1. Consultation Call: Call into our showroom to discuss your project with a designer and determine next steps.
2. Showroom or In-Home Consultation: Based off your consultation call you may set up a time to meet at our showroom or an in-home consultation.
3. Design Review: The most exciting step, see your space come to life! Talk through your layouts, select door style and finish. We also have countertops and hardware to help pull the space together.
4. Final Measurements & Sign Offs: We personally measure all projects to ensure accuracy and accountability. Together we go through layouts and quotes to confirm all details are correct for ordering.
5. Coordinate Delivery: Once your cabinets are delivered to our warehouse, we coordinate delivery with you or your contractor. Delivered by the Caruso Team on our company truck.
6. Wrap Up & Warranty: Your experience doesn’t end when your cabinets arrive. We stay with you throughout the installation process to help ensure everything goes smoothly. From the moment the first cabinet is installed to your installer working on final finishing touches, our team is just a phone call away.
